Store Policies
In Store Pick-Up:
- Orders take 1-2 Business Days to be ready for Pick-Up.
- Please pick up your order within 2 weeks.
- Please provide an email and phone number with your order.
- Make sure to have your order number & name ready for when you pick up your order.
Exchanges:
- Due to Covid-19, as of March 20, 2020 all orders are FINAL SALE until further notice.
- No Cancellations or Adjustments once your order is submitted.
Shipping:
- Please allow 2-4 Business Days for your order to process before it actually ships.
- Please allow 1-3 Business Days for your order to be Delivered.
- If your order is placed when we are currently having an Online Sale your order will take longer to process due to the volume of orders (4-6 Business Days).
- Shipping dates can change depending on the USPS Facility schedule.
- All Orders less than $250.00 will be shipped with the USPS.
- All Orders over $250.00 will be shipped with FED-EX.
- Tracking numbers are sent Via-Email or Via-text.
- Customers are responsible to track their own package.
- We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any “Lost or Stolen” Packages.
- We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for Incorrect Addresses.
- You MUST Immediately Contact the USPS if your package is missing.
- Business Days are NOT WEEKENDS.
